A long time before personal computers were popular, and years before the Internet was "discovered", we were in the training business. We have been teaching technical subjects, writing technical articles, and creating training materials for many years.

We have found that the most effective training, and retention of material, ideas, and concepts, occurs when the instructor interacts with a very small group. "One on one" is ideal, but very effective training can still take place with up to 4 or 5 trainees.

We have also determined that there's nothing quite like "hands on training" to reinforce the learning process. Visual presentations and training documents are essential, but there's no substitute for getting the trainee's own fingers on the keyboard.

We can create effective training manuals and other instructional materials. Our publications can contain computer "screen shots" and other graphics. A picture is worth a thousand words when it comes to training.
